Billing & Payments Information

Water Rates

With GW-Ocotillo, you may notice a few changes with your monthly bill. The calculation of your commodity rate (or consumption rate) with Tucson Water measures consumption in centum cubic feet (“CCF”) while GW-Ocotillo measures consumption in gallons. There will be no impact on the amount you pay and we hope the use of gallons as the unit of measurement will make reviewing your bill easier. The conversion calculation will be included on the bill, on the webpage below and our customer service team is available should you have any questions.

Global Water will also maintain the current rates set by the City of Tucson; existing fee schedule, which has been in place since February 2023. The next increases are scheduled for July 7, 2025 and July 6, 2026.

While rates remain unchanged, there is one difference in the presentation of the bill between Tucson Water and GW-Ocotillo. The reference to the “Conservation Charge” reflected on Tucson Water’s bills as a $0.10 per CCF surcharge will no longer show as a separate surcharge. Instead, it will be incorporated into the overall water usage, while maintaining its existing rate of $0.10 per CCF ($0.13 per thousand gallons).
