Welcome to the GWR Developer Resources Page, we look forward to working with you on your project!

The Development Services Team works in conjunction with several departments within Global Water to
ensure a seamless process for Developers. Our team acts as a point of contact in collaboration with the
Construction & Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure agreements are put in place as required
and we will coordinate on items such as:

  • Inquiries regarding service territory and coverage areas

  • New project kickoff and review

  • Facilitating agreements and collecting payments prior to final plan approval

  • Completion of the bill of sale once project is complete and approved by C & E

  • Facilitation of meter application, payment, and installation as approved by C & E

The Meter Applications process begins at the end of the project and must be followed in accordance with our requirements. In order to have meters installed in a timely manner, all steps of the process must be followed, and all requirements must be met. Once the project is complete and the GWR Construction & Engineering team has given final approval, we will accept meter applications and payment. 

Items required as part of the meter application process:

  • Construction & Engineering final approval

  • Submission and approval of sewer lateral video by the C & E team

  • Completion and execution of the bill of sale (if applicable)

  • Completion of a meter application request form

  •  Payment in full of the meter and associated fees

  • GWR approved meter box free of debris installed at the location of the meter

  • Lot sign clearly indicating the correct property location

Service Inquiries

Global Water provides service to portions of 3 counties in the state of Arizona. Areas within Pinal, Pima, and Maricopa County are covered by our service territory. If you are interested in inquiring if your parcel or project is located within the boundaries of the Global Water Service territory, please click here and submit your request to our team. We will research the parcel and let you know if we can serve the parcel with water and/or wastewater service

The property must be located within the service territory covered by the GWR Certificate of Convenience & Necessity (CC&N). The rate tariffs, billing procedures, and terms of service for all Global Water utilities are regulated and approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission.
