Ron L. Fleming

 

Chairman and CEO

Ron has served as the President and CEO of Global Water since January 2015 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in November 2018.  From 2007 to 2014, Ron served in various roles with the company, including Interim CEO, COO, VP and general manager, and from 2004 to 2006 as senior project manager of engineering and construction.  Ron joined Global Water in 2004, crossing over from the construction industry where he worked on numerous large-scale, heavy civil infrastructure projects throughout Arizona.  He has over 16 years of related management and utility experience.  Ron is a director of the Board of Directors of the Maricopa Economic Development Alliance and the Pinal Partnership, where he is also the Co-Chair and founder of the organization’s Water Resources Committee.

Richard Alexander

Director

Richard serves as lead independent director and chairman of the company's Audit and Risk Committee.  Mr. Alexander brings over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  Richard currently is or has been a director of Parallel Energy Trust, Pan Orient Energy, and Oryx Petroleum, as well as several private and not-for-profit entities.

 

Richard served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Parallel Energy Trust from March 2013 to March 2016.  Prior to Parallel Energy Trust, Richard was the President and Chief Operating Officer of AltaGas Ltd and also held the positions of EVP and CFO.  Prior to AltaGas, Richard was VP of finance and CFO for Niko Resources Ltd., and earlier served as VP of investor relations and communications of Husky Energy Inc., a publicly-traded integrated energy company based in Alberta, Canada.

 

Richard is a Chartered Financial Analyst and  Certified Management Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management from Ryerson University.

Debra Coy

Director

Debra has been a director since 2018 and serves as the Chair of the Corporate Governance, Nominating, Environmental and Health and Safety Committee.  She is a Principal of Svanda & Coy Consulting, providing strategic advisory services for water sector investors, corporations, and municipal utilities from a capital markets perspective.  She is also an advisory Executive in Residence with XPV Water Partners, the largest water-focused growth equity fund in North America, where she served as Partner from 2015 through 2019.  

 

Previously Debra worked on Wall Street as an equity research analyst for more than 20 years, developing a unique leadership franchise and expertise in covering the global water sector for investor.  She was Managing Director, leading coverage of the water sector for Janney Montgomery Scott's Capital Markets group, and also held senior equity equity research roles with the Stanford Washington Research Group, Schwab Capital Markets, HSBC Securities, and National Westminster Bank. 

Debra currently serves as a director of Willdan Group (NASDAQ: WLDN) and previously a director of AquaVenture Holdings and Headworks International Inc.

Brett Huckelbridge

Director

Brett is founder and managing member at Steel Canyon Capital in Phoenix, Arizona.  He previously served as VP at ESL Investments, a manager of private investment partnerships with long-term investments in select public equity securities. He also served as VP of business development for Sears Holdings.

 

Earlier, Brett served as managing member at Sonoran Capital, where he worked with the co-founders of Outdoor Systems (now Outfront Media) on private and public equity investment opportunities.  Prior to Sonoran, he served as director of acquisitions and strategic planning at Outdoor Systems, after beginning his career at Alex Brown as an investment banking analyst.  He earned his BSE in Engineering and Management Systems from Princeton University.

David Rousseau

Director

David has served since 2010 as the president of Salt River Project (SRP), a community-based, not-for-profit company providing wholesale water and electric power to more than 2 million people in Central Arizona.  Earlier, David served on the SRP Counsel and board of directors for over 20 years.  David began his career as co-founder of Rousseau Farming Company, which grew to more than 10,000 acres and became one of the largest produce suppliers in Central Arizona.  

David serves on the boards of the Banner Health Foundation, The Nature Conservancy, and the Phoenix Art Museum.  He is also involved with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Partnership for Economic Innovation and Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee.  He holds a degree in agricultural business from the University of Arizona

Jonathan L. Levine

Director

Jonathan has had a 33-year career in the outdoor advertising business and is a real estate investor.  Since 2005, Jonathan has been the President of Keim, Inc., the general partner of Levine Investments L.P.  Prior to his position at Keim, Inc., Jonathan worked at Outdoor Systems Advertising in real estate development and sales. In 1996, he co-founded American Outdoor Advertising, an outdoor advertising company which owns and operates billboards in Arizona, California, and Nevada. In 2016, Jonathan became a co-owner of Pacific Outdoor Advertising, formed to purchase the Portland, Oregon outdoor advertising assets from Clear Channel Outdoor. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University.

Andrew M. Cohn

Director

Andrew is the Director of Real Estate for Levine Investments L.P. and an active real estate investor based in Phoenix, Arizona.  He has invested in numerous startup companies, while mentoring young entrepreneurs as they set up, fund, and run new companies. Mr. Cohn has had ownership and advisory roles in Spiritual Gangster, Carbon 38, Birdiebee, and many other companies.

Andrew and his wife of 32 years sit on the boards of FOCOS, the Maricopa County Industrial Development Authority, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Barrows Neurological Institute, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, Checkered Flag Run Foundation, and the Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board, “PAAB”.  In 2019 Andrew received a presidential appointment to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to chair the Finance and Investment Committees for a six-year term.  He has chaired the PAAB board, which has been instrumental in the growth and development of the four airports domiciled in Arizona, and he has continued to remain on the panel since 2003.
