Global Water - Santa Cruz Water Company, Inc. (“GW-Santa Cruz”)

GW-Santa Cruz is a regional water utility serving Pinal County, including the City of Maricopa, Red Rock, and Inland Port Arizona.  Global Water acquired GW-Santa Cruz in 2004.  Since then, we have acquired and consolidated other utilities into GW-Santa Cruz including CP Water Company, the water utility serving Red Rock in Pinal County, Arizona, Twin Hawks Utility, Inc., and Global Water—Picacho Cove Water Company, Inc.

Global Water - Palo Verde Utilities Company, Inc. (“GW-Palo Verde”)

GW-Palo Verde is a regional wastewater and recycled water utility serving Pinal County, including the City of Maricopa, Red Rock, and Inland Port Arizona. Global Water acquired GW-Palo Verde in 2004. Since then, we have acquired and consolidated other utilities into GW-Palo Verde including the wastewater utility serving Red Rock in Pinal County, Arizona and Global Water – Picacho Utilities Company, Inc.

Global Water – Belmont Water Company, Inc. (“GW-Belmont”)

GW-Belmont is our regional water utility serving Maricopa County. GW-Belmont’s service area includes large areas west of the City of Buckeye and a small area north of the City of Scottsdale.  Global Water acquired Water Utility of Greater Tonopah and Water Utility of Northern Scottsdale in 2006. Eagletail Water Company was acquired in 2017. Those three companies have now been consolidated as GW-Belmont.

Global Water - Hassayampa Utility Company, Inc. (“GW-Hassayampa”)

GW-Hassayampa is our regional wastewater and recycled water utility serving Maricopa County. We formed GW-Hassayampa in 2006 and acquired the former Balterra Sewer Corp. in the same year. In 2022, these wastewater utilities were consolidated into GW-Hassayampa. 

Global Water - Turner Ranches Irrigation (“GW-Turner”)

GW-Turner provides non-potable irrigation to the community of Leisure World in Mesa, Arizona.  Global Water acquired GW-Turner in 2018.

Global Water - Red Rock Water Company, Inc. ("GW-Red Rock”)

Global Water acquired Red Rock Utilities in 2018, and its Pinal County operations were consolidated with GW-Santa Cruz and GW-Palo Verde in 2022. GW-Red Rock retains its Pima County water service area including the planned developments of Verano, Hook M Ranch, and Wilmont Park. ​

Global Water - Mirabell Water Company, Inc.

In October 2020, Global Water acquired Mirabell Water Co., located southwest of Tucson in Pima County, Arizona. Global Water changed the name to Global Water – Mirabell Water Company, Inc.

Global Water - Francesca Water Company, Inc.

Global Water acquired Francesca Water Company in November 2020, located southwest of Tucson in Pima County, Arizona. Global Water changed the name to Global Water – Francesca Water Company, Inc.

Global Water - Tortolita Water Company, Inc.

Global Water acquired Tortolita Water Company located in Pima County, Arizona, near Tucson in December 2020.  Global Water changed the name to Global Water – Tortolita Water Company, Inc.

Global Water - Lyn Lee Water Company, Inc.

Global Water acquired Lyn-Lee Water Company located near Tucson in in Pima County, Arizona in December 2020. Global Water changed the name to Global Water – Lyn Lee Water Company, Inc.

Global Water - Las Quintas Serenas Water Company, Inc.

Global Water acquired Las Quintas Serenas Water Co located near the Town of Sahuarita in Pima County, Arizona in November 2021. Global Water changed the name to Global Water – Las Quintas Serenas Water Company, Inc.
