As we navigate this challenging and rapidly changing time, we want to assure you that we are all in this together. At Global Water Resources, we take the COVID-19 pandemic and all of the issues related to it very seriously. As an essential service provider in the community, Global Water has been diligently monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and implementing proactive measures to ensure we can continue to provide safe and reliable services to our customers.

 

We understand that the impacts of this pandemic are far reaching and disruptive to the daily lives of virtually everyone. Because of this widespread disruption, we are hard at work to ensure that we are standing together and supporting you during this crisis.   • Payment plans are available to those who qualify through our Customer Assistance Representatives (Please contact Customer Service at (866) 940-1102)

  • Additional assistance with paying your water or wastewater utility bill is available through our expanded Customer Assistance Program 

  • Global Water, its Board of Directors and several shareholders have contributed $20,000 to F.O.R. Maricopa and the City of Maricopa's CopaCares2020 campaign

Currently, we are not disconnecting utility service for non-payment and we are also waiving late fees.  You will continue to be charged for service and you will receive your regular bill.  If you are having a hard time paying your bill, please let us know so we can work with you.

We have also suspended all non-essential customer visits. For the safety of our community and employees we are taking precautions to assist in the prevention of the spread of the virus.  We will continue to monitor guidelines presented by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and state and local public health agencies. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
