PAYMENTS

Global Water offers many convenient ways to make your payment. Avoid late fees and waiting on hold by taking advantage of one of the following convenient payment options.

Sign up for ACH: Payments are automatically made at the same time every month.

Pay online: Go to our website at http://www.gwresources.com and pay through our e-Care system. Payments made by e-Check are free. Payments processed with a debit or credit card have a 2.8% processing fee.

Use your bank’s online bill payment system.

Pay by phone through IVR: Make your payment through our automated system at 623-518-4000. Payments made by e-Check are free. Payments processed with a debit or credit card have a 2.8% processing fee.

Pay by mail: Mail in your monthly payment. In order to avoid late fees, be sure to include enough time for us to receive it before the due date.
